TV36 Communities on Cable, Inc. is your local community access television station. Communities on Cable, Inc., is a non-profit organization, governed by an all-volunteer Board of Trustees chosen from among the five towns of our broadcast coverage area. The station’s programs are broadcast on Comcast channel 36 within our five service communities. We care as much about how we communicate as to what we communicate. The purpose of TV36 is to provide community news and events, municipal government meetings, fitness, health and finance topics, culture, art and local religious programming. Communities On Cable, Inc. broadcasts to the five towns of our coverage area: Summit, Millburn/Short Hills, Berkeley Heights, Springfield, and New Providence. Communities On Cable, Inc. / TV-36 is located @ 70 Maple Street in Summit, New Jersey 07901. Our studios are hosted in the building complex within Central Presbyterian Church in Summit New Jersey on the crossroads of Maple Street & Morris Avenue. TV36 is a member of JAG (Jersey Access Group). JAG is a consortium of community-run PEG (Public, Educational, Governmental) TV stations in New Jersey, promoting quality operations, sharing community television productions, and serving as an informational source for cable television technology.  |
